Refund Policy

CourtDigits Plus is a one-time digital purchase processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

Because Paddle is our Merchant of Record, your purchase is completed with Paddle. Any refund is issued by Paddle and governed by their policies, with our cooperation.

1. General rule

As a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales of CourtDigits Plus are generally final.

2. When we will refund

We will issue a full refund if you request it within 14 days of purchase and the product is defective or materially not as described. To request a refund, contact us with your order or receipt details.

3. How to request a refund

Email courtdigits@gmail.com with your order/receipt information, or
Use the assistance option in the Paddle receipt you received after purchase.

We will confirm the request and coordinate the refund through Paddle. Approved refunds are typically processed to your original payment method.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have (for example, consumer withdrawal rights in the EU/UK). If such rights apply to you, contact us and we will comply with the relevant law.
